Adults know that regular cardio exercise: improves learning and memory, lowers stress levels, boosts productivity and energy, improves mood, builds muscle and promotes weight loss. Kids will just have fun learning some cool new moves!

Upper Body

Exercises for the upper body include moves for the chest, back, shoulders and arms. Everyday movements such as picking up, pushing, pulling and carrying are easier when your upper body is strong. A fit upper body is also good for good posture and heart health.

Lower Body

Lower body and core workouts include a variety of exercises that target the glutes, hips, thighs, abs and back. These exercises include slow, concentrated training, fast-paced endurance exercises and core moves that challenge balance, stamina and stability.

Meet the Instructors: Amy Blitz and Alex Kruz

Amy Blitz

Amy is a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor certified by the American Academy of Personal Training. She is passionate about fitness and health, and loves to help others attain and exceed their goals. Amy runs in her spare time, excelling in half-marathons and is looking forward to running her first full marathon soon.

Alex Kruz

Alex is the father of two healthy and active little girls. When they get together for fun time, it involves many physical activities! Alex’s fitness background is in boxing and martial arts which he has studied in the US, Japan, and Thailand. He competed in the European Mixed Martial Arts Bushido circuit in 2005 before his children were born. Alex is a combat veteran of the US Army, and has participated in training US officers at the military academy at West Point for deployment to hostile environments. He also qualified and participated in the first World’s Toughest Mudder, a 24 hour endurance event designed by British Special Forces. When he’s not busy being a father he can be seen on several TV shows and films.
